Shipping and Returns Policy

Pick Up In Store

You can always pick up your order at our store in Summerville, SC, the same day you place your order or later if you desire. There are no shipping fees for orders purchased via our online store and picked up at our brick & mortar store.

Shipping Method

Here Be Books^{& Games} ships domestically via USPS Flat-Rate Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days after shipment. Orders received by 5:00 p.m. ET, Tuesday thru Friday are usually shipped the next day. Orders received Saturday thru Monday generally ship on Wednesday. (We're closed Sunday and Monday.)

Shipping and handling costs are based on current USPS Flat-Rate Priority Mail rates. We use the smallest box appropriate to the item(s) purchased to keep you shipping costs as low as possible.

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping rates are as follows:

Small (holds approx. 1 lb.)	$4.95
Medium (holds approx. 1 to 4 lbs.)	$10.35
Large (holds approx. 4 to 5 lbs.)	$13.95
Larger items (5 lbs. +)	pick up in store only

Some items will not fit into any of the Flat-Rate Priority Mail boxes. These items can be picked up at our store. If, however, you need such an item shipped to you, please give us a call.

Military

Because we use USPS Flat-Rate Priority Mail, we can ship to any military personnel with APO or FPO address, regardless of the where they are stationed. Please note that the USPS does not provide tracking to APO and FPO addresses. Once the package leaves the USPS and is handed over to military mail, there is no resolution for damage or loss.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Here Be Books & Games within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us by phone during store hours to arrange a return. Returns received without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
